Your name, mobile number, and email address; your dog's name, breed, age, weight, photos, and grooming notes; your appointments and what you paid; and the text messages and photos you send us.

Only to run your dog's grooming: answering your texts, booking, confirming, reminding, and changing appointments, and keeping your dog's grooming history. We don't use it for advertising.

We text you only after you text us first, and only about your appointments. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.

We do not share or sell your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.

A few service providers help us run this for you, and handle your information only on our behalf: website and database hosting, our text messaging provider, email, and an automated assistant that helps read and answer booking texts. None of them may use your information for their own purposes.

We keep your records while you're a client and as long as we need them for our business records. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by texting us or visiting the shop.
